Your Core Responsibilities
As a Community Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within the YES Protocol ecosystem, directly impacting user experience and community growth.
User Onboarding
Guide new users through the complete process of "Wallet Setup → Discord Joining → DApp Experience", using our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every new member can smoothly begin their Web3 journey.
Community Engagement
Maintain an active presence in local sub-communities (Discord/Telegram), promptly answer basic questions, and foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making every member feel welcome and supported.
Content Dissemination
Distribute official updates and educational content to relevant Web3 communities and social media platforms, expanding YES Protocol's influence and attracting more potential users.
Feedback Collection
Report community feedback to the core team, helping to optimise the product experience, ensuring users' voices are heard, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
